  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Soy1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Ready-made tomato sauce1/2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Condiments (limonpeper, chamichuri, coloral, cumin and coriander to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add the flour little by little and set aside.
  2. Hydrate the soy (heat the water when it boils, turn off and add the soy, leave it for about 10 minutes, drain and remove all the excess water.
  3. In a pan put a spoon of butter and the onions fry, put the tomato sauce and then let it boil and put the cream of milk and add the soy, turn off the heat and set aside
  4. In a frying pan heat and place the pancake batter and spread it over the pan and bake the pancakes.
  5. In a refractory place a little tomato sauce at the bottom and make the pancakes putting the fear inside them and putting them in the refractory when you put all the pancakes add a little more tomato sauce on top and sprinkle grated cheese on top. You can bake it in the oven if you want, but it's optional.
