- Fill a pan with enough water so that the dough has enough space to cook without sticking.
- Place over high heat and cover the pan. The noodles need a lot of water so they don't stick.
- When the noodles are soft, take them off the heat and place them on the slide.
- Wash the noodles.
- Add a pan with oil or olive oil on the fire sauté the onion and garlic.
