- Diced ham250 g
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato1 cup
- Hot water3 cup
- Penne Noodles250 g
- Diced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet and fry the onion and ham for 3 minutes. Add the extract, the peeled tomato, the hot water, the seasoning powder, the pasta and cook, stirring a few times, until the pasta is al dente. Add the mozzarella, salt, basil and cook for another 1 minute. Turn off, sprinkle with parmesan, basil and serve.
