Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma tigela e mexa bem.
Vá acrescentando o trigo aos poucos até a massa ficar firme e lisa.
Unte com óleo sua forma (recomendo forma com furo no meio).
Por cima da massa polvilhe o açúcar antes de assar.
Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180ºC.
Use um garfo para ver se já está assada completamente.
Asse até a massa não grudar no garfo.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Gradually add the wheat until the dough is firm and smooth.
Grease your pan with oil (I recommend a pan with a hole in the middle).
Sprinkle the sugar over the dough before baking.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Use a fork to see if it's cooked through.
Bake until the dough does not stick to the fork.
