- Clean shrimp300 g
- Arborio rice2 cup
- Olive oil or butter4 tablespoon
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon and salt to taste
- Vegetable broth1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Season the prawns and soak in the lemon juice, salt and garlic to taste for 15 minutes.
- Saute arborio rice in oil, onion and garlic.
- Add water little by little until cooked. Stirring constantly to release starch. (You can use dry white wine if you prefer) I didn't have it. Also add the Knorr bouillon cube.
- Sauté the prawns already seasoned in olive oil until golden. Reserve.
- When the rice is ready, add the shrimp, the curd and the grated Parmesan.
- Serve ✔️ it looks delicious 🤤 You can use other meats, or even use normal rice, the important thing is not to feel like it 🥰
