Junta dos ingredientes menos o fermento em pó e mexa. 

Add the ingredients minus the baking powder and stir.

Depois adicione o fermento em pó e mexa até  a massa fica no ponto. 

Then add the baking powder and stir until the dough is ready.

Coloque uma frigideira com bastante óleo para fritar. 

Place a frying pan with plenty of oil to fry.

Fritar os bolinhos até a massa acabar. 
Se preferir jogue açúcar com canela por cima dos bolinhos de chuva para finalizar. 

Fry the dumplings until the dough runs out.
If you prefer, sprinkle sugar with cinnamon over the rain cookies to finish.
