Butter1 tablespoon
Milk1 tablespoon
Ham1 to taste
Mozzarella1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste

In a bowl, beat the eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add milk, salt, pepper and mix a little.
Take a non-stick skillet over low heat, add the butter and let it melt.
Then add the beaten eggs to the skillet, the mixture should cover the entire surface of the skillet.
