  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast (half a sachet)5 g
  • warm milk200 ml
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • regular or demerara sugar1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, the wheat flour, sugar and salt and set aside.
  2. On the other hand, lightly beat the egg with the help of a wire whisk or fork.
  3. Add the oil and continue to beat to mix these two ingredients well.
  4. Place the yeast and milk in the egg and oil mixture and continue stirring.
  5. And finally, mix the reserved dry ingredients into this mixture for the homemade pap.
  6. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes to allow it to rise.
  7. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Note: This bread dough is not consistent enough to knead, so you don't need to add more wheat flour to the point.
