  • Potatoes1 kg
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  1. Desalt, cook and shred the codfish.
  2. Reserve.
  3. Peel, cut and cook the potato the day before using it, keeping it in the fridge, uncovered.
  4. The next day, grind the potato while it is still cold.
  5. Put parsley and chopped onions in the potato mass.
  6. Then put the shredded cod and mix everything very well.
  7. After the mixture is homogeneous, add 1 whole egg to bind.
  8. Only add the second egg if the dough is not in the ideal consistency, which is not to hold your hands when making the dumplings to fry.
  9. Put enough oil in a deep pan so that the dumplings are completely immersed.
  10. Make the oil very hot (300°).
  11. Put the dumplings in the hot oil and wait for them to float when they are at the ideal point.
