Wheat flour1 cup
Milk1 cup
Oil1 tablespoon
Salt 1 pinch. to taste
Half box sour cream1/2 unit(s)
Same measure of tomato sauce1/2 unit(s)
Butter1 coffee spoon
Oregano to taste

Mix all the ingredients in the blender, and bake the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan, put the dough in the frying pan and spread it evenly, leaving the dough thin. Then put all the sauce ingredients in a pan, when it boils remove from the heat and set aside.
Pancake assembly: Place a little of the sauce at the bottom of the refractory, fill the dough with the stuffing of your choice, roll them up, place in the refractory put the rest of the sauce on top and finally the cheese. Take it to the microwave to melt the cheese for 3 minutes and it's ready to serve.
