- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat oven to medium temperature (180°C). Grease and flour a round form with a medium central hole (20 cm diameter). Cut the orange into 4 pieces and remove the seeds that are visible. In the blender cup, place the orange, eggs, oil, sugar, and beat until smooth. In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, cornstarch and baking powder, and gradually add the blender mixture, stirring until you get a creamy mass. Place the dough in the reserved tin and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted into the dough. Remove from the oven, wait to cool and unmold. Serve next.
