- SPAGUETTI200 g
- Clean gray shrimp300 g
- White wine100 g
- Fresh cream300 g
- Chopped Onion50 g
- Minced garlic03 unit(s)
- Dill1 g
- Sicilian lemon zest01 unit(s)
- Season shrimp C salt and pepper
- Cook the spagetti according to the package.
- Heat a frying pan and add a drizzle of oil and the prawns. Flambé with a little brandy and let it evaporate. Add onion and garlic, sauté and add cream and the drained pasta. Let it reduce a little and add in between and lemon zest.
