  • Package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles1 unit(s)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Shrimp fillet700 g
  • Liquid milk1 l
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  1. Season the shrimp fillet to taste (we used lemon pepper, garlic and salt).
  2. In a pan, add the butter and the shrimp, waiting to sauté until pink. Reserve the prawns and the broth that comes out of it.
  3. For the white sauce, sauté the onion in butter, add the wheat flour forming a paste and gradually pour in the milk, until the flour completely dissolves.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. Assemble the lasagna alternating layers of sauce, pasta, cheese and shrimp.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
