Shepherd's pie

cozinhe os brócolis e a couve flor com água é sal. Depois leve ao liquidificador com um pouco de água do cozimento ,acrescente o creme de leite e acerte o sal 

cook broccoli and cauliflower with water and salt. Then take it to the blender with a little cooking water, add the cream and adjust the salt.

em um pirex monte o escondidinho. primeiro coloque no fundo a carne moída ,em seguida a mistura que foi batido e vai alternando até finaliza com queijo.e salpique orégano .Leve ao forno por 10 minutos. 

in a pyrex mount the little hide. first place the ground beef in the bottom, then the mixture that was beaten and alternate until it ends with cheese. and sprinkle oregano. Take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
