  • Demerara sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat flour2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Oat bran1/2 cup
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Black sesame, white sesame, chestnut mixer, raisins (optional)1 to taste
  1. In a container, place the egg, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and mix well, then add the water and mix again, add the flours and grains and mix with your hands and knead, until the dough is smooth and come off the hands
  2. Let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  3. After it doubles in size, model it the way you want, put it in a greased shape and let it grow + a little
  4. Then just put it to bake, in the oven preheated to 180° for about 35 to 40 minutes approximately.
