- spaghetti noodles200 g
- Sardine2 can(s)
- Red Shelled Shrimp100 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Ripe Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Minced or grated garlic clove2 unit(s)
- Chimichuri Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Edu Guedes Seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Coriander1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- In a pan put the oil, garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add the tomato and pepper, stirring lightly, also add the dry seasonings at this stage. Put the red shrimp stirring for about 5 minutes then add the coarsely mashed sardines, cook for 20 minutes to get flavor, turn it off and set aside
- Cook the pasta as identified on the package or aldente and drain.
- On a platter, pour the macaroni, crush and add the stir-fry from step 1, add the cilantro, mixing gently, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
