  • wheat flour1 kg
  • dry yeast21 g
  1. Beat the boiled potatoes, oil, and eggs. Then put the milk, sugar, yeast and flour, knead the dough until it is smooth.
  2. Let it rest until the dough doubles in size, roll it up as you wish to let it rise again. Then place and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees
  3. (Tip add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the apple in the dough, to avoid feeling burning in the stomach because of the yeast).
