- Wheat flour (500g)4 cup
- 1/4 (300ml) of warm water1 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic yeast tablet1 unit(s)
- Hot dog sausage cut into 3 parts15 unit(s)
- Gems (beats for brushing)2 unit(s)
- 100g grated parmesan1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar until they break down.
- Add the water, oil, salt and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes
- Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into 45 equal pieces.
- Make balls with each piece and set aside.
- Open each ball with the help of a rolling pin, place the sausage and roll up, leaving the ends without dough.
- Place in a greased shape with oil and let rise until they double in volume.
- Brush with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve as an afternoon snack.
