Recipe
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar until it becomes a liquid mixture.
Add the milk, eggs, oil and wheat flour.
Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and leave it for 30 minutes covered by a cloth.
With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and cut into slices.
Cut the sausages in half and roll them in the dough.
Grease a mold with margarine and brush the rolls with egg yolk.
Bake until golden.
