  • warm milk1 cup
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Sausage cut into 3 parts and boiled300 g
  • Egg Yolk (brush)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil for (brush)1 tablespoon
  1. Dissolve the fresh yeast together with the sugar, in a bowl, until it becomes liquid. Then add the milk, salt, egg and mix very well. Gradually add the wheat flour and knead the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Then open the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Cut the dough into strips not too wide. Roll the dough into the sausages. Brush with the egg yolk mixture with olive oil and take it to the preheated oven, 200ÂșC and leave it until golden.
