- Spaghetti Pasta to taste

- Water to taste
- In a pan put water and salt, wait to boil, put the pasta as soon as it starts to boil, let it cook
- While the pasta is cooking, in another pan, brown the onion and then add the garlic, be careful not to burn it.
- With the cut sausage, put it in the pan with the onion and garlic, as soon as the sausage browns a little, add the tomato paste and water, wait for it to boil
- Then, add the cream and seasonings, mixing everything until it looks like a rose sauce, only darker, turn off the heat.
- Then, with the pasta in the water, remove it with a fork and place it directly in the sauce, mix everything gently so as not to break the pasta.
- Then serve and finish with basil or whatever you prefer.
