Ingredients: 5 cup Boiled and mashed potatoes; 2 cup Calabrian sausage cut into small cubes; 1 tablespoon Butter; 3/4 cup Whole milk; 1/4 cup Chopped green onion; 1 dessert spoon Chopped Garlic; 1 tablespoon Olive oil; to taste Sea Salt; 1.5 cup Tomato sauce; 1/4 cup Chopped Onion; 4 unit(s) Mozzarella cheese slice; to taste Dried Oregano

Boiled and mashed potatoes5 cup
Calabrian sausage cut into small cubes2 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Whole milk3/4 cup
Chopped green onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Sea Salt to taste
Tomato sauce1.5 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese slice4 unit(s)
Dried Oregano to taste

In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic. Add the mashed potatoes and butter and mix.
Add milk, salt and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn off the fire, add the onion and mix. Reserve.
In another pan, fry the sausage until it releases the fat and add the onion. Refog and add the sauce of tomatoes and salt.
Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce reduces well.
In a dish that goes in the oven, add the sausage sauce, cover with the mashed potatoes.
Add the cheese slices and sprinkle the oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
