- wheat flour02 cup
- Oil01 cup
- Milk01 cup
- Eggs04 unit(s)
- Salt01 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese02 tablespoon
- Baking powder02 tablespoon
- Sardine01 can(s)
- Onion01 unit(s)
- Tomato01 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce01 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Pour into an oiled pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté garlic, onion
- Add the sardines, tomato sauce and salt.
- Remove the form from the oven and add the sauce on top of all the dough.
- Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
