  • Tomato slices10 unit(s)
  • Cheese and ham slices cut in half5 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the yeast with the milk and warm water very well.
  2. Then add the other ingredients according to the order of the recipe.
  3. Finally add the flour little by little.
  4. Knead very well for about 10 - 15 minutes. Separate the dough into 10 more or less equal pieces. Cover with a damp dish towel to prevent the dough from drying out, and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  5. After doubling in volume, roll out the dough, and place 1 pre-fried hamburger, 1 tomato slice, 1 slice of cheese cut in half and 1 slice of ham also cut in half.
  6. Take the ends and close, covering the stuffing. She is already creating the rounded shape. Turn and place on greased and floured baking sheet.
  7. Cover again with a damp cloth so as not to dry out and let it rest for another 40 minutes.
  8. Brush over it, 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk and splash oregano over it.
  9. Take to preheated oven at 180°C for like 30 - 40 minutes. Keep watching, it turned golden and it's ready. Now just enjoy!
