Milk1 l
Oil1/2 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Sugar4 tablespoon
Sazon1 unit(s)
Colorau to taste
Wheat flour1 kg

Place the liquids, salt, sugar, paprika and Sazón in a pan and bring to a boil.
When it boils, lower the heat and add the flour little by little, stirring constantly to cook the flour, do this for about 3 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a bench and knead well. "If you want, put bags or gloves on your hands to help at this time" (*important that the dough is still warm*).
Model it the way you prefer 😋 this dough is for all kinds of snacks and fried snacks (sausage roll, cheese ball, rissoles, coxinha(..)).
