- Chopped tomato1/5 tablespoon
- Pitted Green Olives2 tablespoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Coriander2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- grated cheese2 tablespoon
- Wheat1/5 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Mass: put in blender Eggs, oil, grated cheese, wheat, salt and yeast. Beat until smooth. Reserve.
- Filling: place on baking sheet Garlic, onion, sardines, tomato, olive, corn, coriander saute well. Book serves.
