- Wheat flour to taste
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Catupiry1 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Add the egg, margarine, sugar, salt and warm milk in a bowl, wick and then add the yeast. Then add wheat flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hands, then let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
- After resting the dough, separate it into 3 parts, open each of them with a rolling pin and fill with catupiry, roll up into a strip, braid the 3 parts and roll into a doughnut, add more catupiry and sprinkle oregano on top. Let it rest for another 30 minutes and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
