- Salt to taste
- Shredded chicken for stuffing to taste
- Cheese for the filling to taste
- Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.
- After draining in the colander, grate them on the grater, in the thick part.
- In a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil, place the grated potato until it covers the entire bottom of the skillet. Place the stuffed chicken and cheese on top. Finally, put more potatoes on top.
- Over medium heat, fry one side at a time, turning carefully. Let it fry on the outside and cook on the inside. Fry each side for approximately 5 minutes. Then just serve.
