  • Potatoes or asterix to taste
  • Stuffing of your choice (I used bacon and mozzarella) to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in large pieces with salt and leave al dente. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. Grate on the larger part of the grater and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, grease with olive oil and place half of the potato lining the bottom and side.
  3. Place the filling of your choice, place the rest of the potato over the filling and smooth the entire side of the potato with the help of a spatula.
  4. Take the low fire until you create a crust, turn the potato and give the other side too. Mine was about 20 minutes on each side.
