- Macaroni500 g
- Chopped ham100 g
- In a bowl, combine the cream, grated cheese, oregano and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Cook the macaroni with salt.
- Add the cream and cheese mixture to the reserved cooking water and season with salt to taste.
- Toss the hot noodles in the sour cream sauce.
- Add the ham, mix well and serve immediately.
