- Grated Parmesan300 g

- Sauce In a wide, low skillet, sauté in olive oil, onion, garlic and bacon. Then add the chives. Once this is done, add a little of the vegetable broth and let it taste until it reduces.
- Next step is to add the tomatoes, let them enjoy and gradually add water to reduce the acidity. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Cook the Rigatoni together with the spinach leaves. When the pasta is al dente, drain and add the hot sauce. Finish with a good grated Parmesan. Good appetite
