Rogatoni with Sugo and Spinach

  • Chopped Bacon100 g
  • Grated Parmesan300 g
  • Onion in hair1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Chopped sprigs of chives2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  1. Sauce In a wide, low skillet, sauté in olive oil, onion, garlic and bacon. Then add the chives. Once this is done, add a little of the vegetable broth and let it taste until it reduces.
  2. Next step is to add the tomatoes, let them enjoy and gradually add water to reduce the acidity. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
  3. Cook the Rigatoni together with the spinach leaves. When the pasta is al dente, drain and add the hot sauce. Finish with a good grated Parmesan. Good appetite
