Ingredients
Recipe

Eggs - Room temperature, separate whites and yolks6 unit(s)
Sugar6 tablespoon
Wheat flour6 tablespoon
Vanilla essence or other essence of your choice1 dessert spoon

Beat the egg whites, add the yolks, one by one, beating after each addition.
Add the essence, sugar and wheat flour, beating constantly, until you form a homogeneous and creamy mass.
Pour into a greased and floured pan lined with buttered and floured parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
When it's baked, wet a dish towel and wring it out well, then sprinkle flour and place the dough still warm on the dish towel.
Roll up with the help of the cloth and leave for 3 minutes to get the shape.
Unroll and place the stuffing of your choice, in this one I used Cream Brigadeiro, and roll the roulade with the help of the cloth. Decorate to your liking.
For the topping I used a syrup of condensed milk and sprinkled coconut.
