  • warm milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar1/2 dessert spoon

  • Wheat Flour (to the point)1 kg
  • FOR THE FILLING (hamburger meat)10 unit(s)
  • Cheese of your choice10 unit(s)
  • Ham10 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes10 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Gems for brushing2 unit(s)
  1. Blend the bread ingredients except the wheat flour in a blender.
  2. Turn in a bowl and add wheat flour, little by little, until you let go of your hands, don't leave the dough hard, knead the dough well.
  3. Let it rest for 20 minutes covered with a cloth.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin, put the stuffing and sprinkle the oregano.
  5. Place in a greased and floured roast, brush with yolk and let rise until doubled in volume, on average 1 hour.
  6. Bake in a high oven for the first 15 minutes, lower the heat and let it brown and bake.
