  1. Beat the yeast, warm milk, oil, sugar, salt and eggs in a blender.
  2. Put it in a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hands. Knead the dough well.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a tea towel.
  4. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and with the help of a wide glass make circles in the dough, take the circle and fill with 1 hamburger, 1 tomato slice, cottage cheese to taste and oregano.
  5. Unite a shape with butter and flour, place the burgers, brush the yolk on top and sprinkle oregano or sesame and bake until golden for an average of 1 hour.
  6. On high heat for the first 15 minutes after that lower it and let it brown.
