  • Milk2 cup
  • grated cheese50 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Meat already roasted (shredded or minced)1 kg
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Mozzarella slices to taste
  • Sauce to taste
  1. Blend all the ingredients for the dough in a blender until the consistency is homogeneous. Reserve
  2. In a teflon skillet with 1 tsp of oil, make the pancakes very thin and reserve.
  3. With the meat already cold, fill the pancakes and put 1 slice of mozzarella, finish the whole process and put hot sauce on top.
  4. Obs1: the meat can be roasted or cooked for approx 40 minutes under pressure, or when leftovers from a meal.
  5. Obs2: the grated cheese mentioned is for pasta, if you like it on top you need 50g more
