  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • grated cheese30 g
  • Arugula1 unit(s)
  1. I sautéed the pepperoni, onion and garlic.
  2. Add rice, broth and adjust salt.
  3. Close the pressure and as soon as it starts to beep, count 3 minutes. Turn it off and wait for the pressure to release.
  4. Add the butter, arugula and cheese. Stir well and then serve.
