  • Rinoni2 cup
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Tomato Passata150 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Burrata1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Basil leaves to taste
  1. In a pan with olive oil, brown the onion. Add the risoni and sauté.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper and add the passata.
  3. Add the water, stir, lower the heat and cook for 9 minutes.
  4. Mix in the sour cream.
  5. Finish with a burrata and basil leaves.
