- Ham, oregano and mozzarella to taste

- Place a pan over medium heat melt and put the milk, butter, seasoning and salt.
- When the butter has melted, add all the flour and stir in a circle without stopping, until it forms a ball and releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Then turn off the heat and place the dough on a table to let it get warm.
- Chop the ham, the mozzarella and mix with the oregano.
- As soon as the dough cools down a little, take small amounts, make balls then make a disc, put stuffing and close in the form of pastelzinhos.
