  • Whole milk | 2 cup
  • Wheat flour | 3 cup
  • Ready seasoning (meat or chicken) | 1 unit(s)
  • Butter or Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (pinch) |  to taste
  • Ham, oregano and mozzarella |  to taste
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 100 g


  1. Place a pan over medium heat melt and put the milk, butter, seasoning and salt.
  2. When the butter has melted, add all the flour and stir in a circle without stopping, until it forms a ball and releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Then turn off the heat and place the dough on a table to let it get warm.
  4. Chop the ham, the mozzarella and mix with the oregano.
  5. As soon as the dough cools down a little, take small amounts, make balls then make a disc, put stuffing and close in the form of pastelzinhos.
  6. Dip the risoles in the egg then in the breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil.
