  • Gorgonzola1 to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Garlic7 to taste
  1. In Saltese I already put the butter and a drizzle of olive oil
  2. Sauté the garlic and then the Paris mushroom
  3. Add milk, parsley, cheeses, diced bacon and parsley
  4. Leave on low heat for the cheeses to slowly melt until thick.
  5. Finish by placing Rigatoni number 52, mix, sprinkle cheese on top to brown in 20 minutes and that's it! Your dish is ready!
