  • Arugula to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Start by cooking the pasta in boiling salted water as instructed on the package.
  2. In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the tomato until it becomes very soft.
  3. Add the already cooked pasta and season with salt and black pepper, wrap in the sautéed tomato and finish with arugula and buffalo mozzarella
