  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Turkey breast250 g
  • Apple green smell1 unit(s)
  • Corn starch3 teaspoon
  • Milk300 ml
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  1. Sauté half of the grated onion in olive oil, quickly without letting it brown too much.
  2. Add the diluted starch in the milk and keep stirring, so as not to clump. Add salt to taste.
  3. Add the cream and mix well
  4. Add the chopped or grated turkey breast to the cream, as you prefer. reserve the sauce
  5. grate the ricotta
  6. With the spinach properly sanitized and chopped, sauté in garlic with olive oil and grated onion.
  7. Add the grated ricotta and salt to taste.
  8. Add an egg.
  9. Mix well, and make the gnocchi balls.
  10. Cook the balls in boiling water until they rise.
  11. Remove from the water and place on the platter.
  12. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi
  13. Finish with parmesan.
  14. Let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes
