- Pasta for cannelloni300 g
- Ricotta300 g
- Guava200 g
- Strawberries1 cup
- Melt the guava in a pan with 1/2 cup of water or microwave for 1 min until smooth. In a container, place the already mashed ricotta and join with the guava.
- Strawberry jam: in a pan cut the strawberries into small slices and add 1/2 cup of sugar, bring to a boil, mixing well until the strawberries are dehydrated and form a syrup.
- Assembling the cannelloni: Take the already cooked dough, in this recipe I bought one already ready, with the help of a spoon put layers on the end of the dough and then with the other end, roll it up forming a straw, finally finish with the strawberry jam on top.
