- In a pan add the onion, garlic and let it brown.
- Then add the sausage and let it fry lightly, add the olives, salt and seasonings to taste.
- Add the tomato sauce and water to cook the rice.
- Cook over low heat with the lid half-covered for about 15 minutes or until the water dries up and the rice is cooked.
- Finally, add parsley and chives to taste.
