Ana Maria seasoning and chumi chumi1 tablespoon
Garlic1 teaspoon
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

First you take the skin off the sausage (I used aurora which is my favorite) what about yours? Then you chop it small and brown it in olive oil.
After golden, throw the onion, tomato and chili pepper and then refogue the seasonings (Ana Maria and chumi chumi with garlic) pass everything well and put the last one throw the raw rice
