Parboiled Rice2 cup
Diced Calabrian sausage3 unit(s)
Large cabbage leaf10 unit(s)
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1/2 cup
Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
Sea Salt to taste
Hot vegetable broth5 cup

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
In a heated pan, fry the sausage well, add the garlic and onion and sauté.
Add the rice, vegetable broth, salt and bay leaf and mix.
Let it cook with the lid half open.
When the rice water is almost dry, add the cabbage and mix.
Close the lid of the pan and turn off the heat. Leave it there for 5 minutes before serving.
