Rice With Saffron

Em uma panela, aqueça o óleo e refogue a cebola e o alho, acrescente o arroz e frite bem. Adicione o açafrão, sal e água. Abaixe o fogo e quando a água estiver quase secando, tampe a panela. 

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic, add the rice and fry well. Add the saffron, salt and water. Lower the heat and when the water is almost dry, cover the pan.

Quando a água secar completamente, desligue o fogo e espere uns 5 minutos para mexer no arroz.

When the water dries up completely, turn off the heat and wait about 5 minutes to stir the rice.
