- Bacon150 g
- Sour cream1 l
- Milk100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- In a pan, fry the bacon with a drizzle of olive oil;
- Add rice, milk and cream to the fried bacon and stir until it thickens a little;
- Add the grated parmesan and the green smell, mix well. Adjust salt if necessary;
