- 2 cloves of something crushed to taste
- Pork lard to taste
- Salt to taste to taste
- 3 cup hot water to taste
- Bring the water to a boil
- In another pan, place the lard or the oil and let it heat up.
- Sauté the garlic and add the washed rice.
- Drown the rice well and add all the water
- Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
