- Butter2 tablespoon
- Cabbage in thin strips2 cup
- Cooked white rice3 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Heat the butter in a skillet over low heat and make a layer with half the cabbage seasoned with salt and pepper, half the rice, half the sauce and half the mozzarella. Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients and top with the eggs mixed with the parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off and serve in the skillet itself.
